In addition to Good Egg Days preparations, Stuart is getting ready for another summer event… Scoop the Loop night takes place June 1st.
Nate Westre, owner of Ruby’s Pub says this is one of the few events that will bring people into town. He mentions that at last year’s September Scoop the Loop night, they brought in around 150 – 200 vintage cars and around 1,000 people.
The first Scoop the Loop event this year will honor some of the past local Future Farmers of America queen’s.
Westre says this will offer people the opportunity to have a good time, and see how things were done back in the day, when people would drive around the town.
