The Jefferson-Scranton and East Greene School Districts will finish the 2012-13 school year later this week.

Jefferson-Scranton Business Manager and School Board Secretary Brenda Muir wants to remind everyone that the last day of school will be on Thursday, May 30th at 11:45am.  She says there were five snow days this year with only one made up during the school year.

At Greene County High School, trimester testing will take place today and tomorrow for everyone except the graduated seniors who had their commencement ceremony on May 19th.

As both districts enter into their last year as separate districts, the 2013-14 school year will begin on Wednesday, August 21st which was set by each school board earlier this year.
