Charges have been filed against two Pennsylvania residents in connection with the First State Bank robbery in Stuart last week.
According to the Stuart Police Department, Wayne Eugene Palmer and Hannah Elizabeth Reisinger of Carlisle, Pennsylvania both face 1st degree robbery charges in Stuart.
After an investigation into the May 20th robbery, Stuart officers tracked the pair to a Los Angeles, California hotel Friday, where they were arrested on material witness warrants. Palmer was also arrested on a Pennsylvania warrant for a parole violation.
Both suspects are being held at the Los Angeles Metro Jail as arrangements are being made to have them extradited to Guthrie County.
