The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

The Board will consider several resolutions.  There will be a declaration of disaster, hiring Tyler Wilson as a part time telecommunicator, funds transfer from Local Option Sales and Services Tax to Secondary Roads of $100,000 and Election Reserve to General Supply for $30,000, and a support resolution for the gaming convention and entertainment complex.

There will also be an update and request for approval of Dreyfus funds to Mary Weaver and Velda DeMoss of the Friends of the Rippey Library, a new contract for a postage meter with Pitney Bowes and appointing Jenny Wessling to fill a vacancy on the Magistrate Appointing Commission.

The Board will also consider drainage assessments and waiver rates from districts 18-35 and 156-315.

The meeting begins at 8:30am in the boardroom of the county courthouse.
