The free fishing fun continues in Dallas County this weekend.

Parents who have always wanted to teach their kids to fish have the opportunity to try it out this weekend, without making a monetary investment.

Dallas County Conservation is offering an afternoon event Sunday as part of free fishing weekend.

Equipment will be available along with bait and treats for the kids.  Experts will also be on hand to teach the basics of fishing.

It takes place Sunday from 4-6pm at the Glissman Conservation Area southwest of Adel.
