A nine-run explosion in the third inning carried Bluejays to a 13-1 win in five innings over Red Oak in the first round of the ATlantic Tournament.
Michael Lansing racked up four RBIs on one hit for Bluejays. He homered in the third inning.
Tyler Thompson recorded the win for Bluejays. He allowed one run over five innings. Thompson struck out seven, walked none and gave up nine hits.
Bluejays stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the first, scoring four runs on an error, a fielder’s choice, and two bases loaded walks.
