Memorial Services for Rick Cunningham, 63, Lohrville, will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday at Lampe Funeral Home Lake City. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4-7PM Monday at Lampe Funeral Home Lake City.

Rick is survived by his children, Craig, Jay, Mona. Step-Children, Tonia, Scott, Lisa. 11 Grandchildren, Sister, Lavon, Brother, Eldon.
