Greene County head softball coach Tom Kennedy has released the names of letter winners from the 2013 season. Senior Jennifer Kennedy lettered in softball for the fifth time while senior Mady Adamson is a four-time letter winner. Junior Emily Jacobsen lettered, as did sophomores Emily Christensen, Bailey Godwin, Kayla Mobley, Hannah Onken, Marissa Promes, Tressa Rasmussen, and Emma Saddoris. Freshmen Hannah Cooklin and Carleigh Paup also lettered.

The Rams were 26-10 overall and 13-5 in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference, which tied them for first place with North Polk (Alleman) and PCM (Monroe).
