Area residents are invited to the Perry Public Library Thursday to hear from a Minnesota author.
Frederick Blanch will give a presentation to adults, teens and preteens 10 and older on Thursday evening. Blanch’s book “Last Words: Frederick’s Binary” provides an account of his life using key works to provide focus.
Blanch grew up in a small Minnesota farming community during the Great Depression and has since worked as a printer, actor, beekeeper, television producer and photographer.
The program takes place from 7-8pm Thursday at the Carnegie Library Museum. For more information call Library Director Mary Murphy at 465-3569.
