The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet today in regular session.

Ron Allen and Brandon Thompson will address the Board to give their first maintenance department update of the 2013-14 Fiscal Year.

County Engineer Josh Sebern will then ask the Board for authorization to make a bid on the purchase of a building in Guthrie County.

Finally, County Auditor Jerri Christman will ask the Board to approve the labor relations letter of engagement with attorney Michael Galloway, of the Ahlers & Cooney law firm based in Des Moines.  Galloway will negotiate any future labor contracts on behalf of Guthrie County.

The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. in the county courthouse.  The public is welcome to attend.
