Mass of Christian Burial for JoAnn E. Kenney, 75, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, will be held Monday at 11:30 A.M. at St. Peters Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa.    Rosary recitation will be held Sunday at 4 P.M. followed by visitation until 6 P.M. at the Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel located at 545 Willow Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at Father Chuck Kottas Social Hall at St. Peters Church located at 1 Bluffs Street in Council Bluffs.     JoAnn is survived by her husband, Terry, daughters, Debbie of Fountain Valley, CA and Paula of Huntington Beach, CA; sons Todd of Lindenhurst, IL, Matt of Maple Grove, MN, and Shawn of Perry; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson, sister-in-law, Mary Ann, brother-in-law, Jack, many nieces, nephews, and friends.   Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements and can be reached at 712-322-7779.    Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Southwest Iowa.   Online condolences may be left at www.cutleroneill.com.
