They can throw it.  They can catch it.  And they can run it.  ADM

Well, suffice it to say, ADM’s offense can officially do it all.

The Tigers put up a monster night offensively Friday night, dismantling the then unbeaten Glenwood Rams 48-38 at home. Grant Goeden ran like a man possessed for much of the evening, showcasing the ability to both sidestep would-be tacklers and run over slighter defenders.  Goeden ended with 219 yards rushing on just 17 carries for the Tigers.

The Tigers also got a strong performance from starting quarterback Kolby Whisner through the air Friday night.  Whisner completed 17 of his 23 throws for 257 yards and four touchdowns.  The senior signal-caller handled Glenwood’s blitz packages with poise and composure in the pocket, connecting with Tate Jensen on a 39-yard touchdown pass and Joe Sloss on a 75-yard touchdown pass while under pressure.

On the night, ADM accumulated over 540 yards of total offense, and it turned out to be just enough to pull out the home win.  The Tigers moved to 2-1 on the season, and more importantly 1-0 in district play.

ADM will play host to the 3-0 Creston Panthers this Friday night in Adel.  Tune in to 107.9FM, KKRF, for pre-game at 7, and kick-off at 7:30.
