The Perry boys cross country team entered the season with high expectations but the start they have enjoyed might have exceeded even their lofty expectations.  The Bluejays have won the two meets where team scores were kept.  The Bluejays won the Madrid Invitational and last week captured the Greene County crown.  Now they turn their sights on the most difficult meet this season when they head to Huxley for the Ballard Invitational.  Running gets underway at 4:45.  Atem Akok has captured three indivdual crowns this year when he won the junior and senior division of the Winterset Invite.
