guthrie county arts councilThe 3rd Annual Guthrie County Arts Council Fall Festival is coming up this Saturday at the Dale Valley Vineyard and Winery, and local residents are encouraged to attend.  The event is free and open to the public.

Area artists will have work ranging from pottery to woodwork to painting and more on display from 1-6pm. Coon Rapids native Chad Elliot, an award-winning singer and songwriter, will also be on hand to perform live music during the festival.

There is still space available for artists interested in showing their work. The display fee for Council members is $10 and for non-members, $30.  Artists will begin setting up at 10am Saturday and can elect to use a display table or a covered tent for the public to see their work.

Anyone with questions can direct them to Arts Council President Lynsi Pasutti at 515-314-8445.

Tune in to tomorrow’s Let’s Talk Guthrie County during the 9am, noon and 5 o’clock hours for a full discussion with Pasutti about the Council’s Fall Festival and more.
