A male suspected was arrested late last week after threatening people in a bar and leading police on a high speed chase.
According to the Stuart Police Department, officers were dispatched to Ruby’s Pub the night of September 21st after reports of a man threatening people with a gun.
The suspect was spotted leaving the area in a maroon Ford F-150 truck. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle but the suspect continued on Stuart Road at a high rate of speed.
The driver eventually came to a stop at the intersection of 210th Street. Todd Charles Oder of Greenfield was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault, operating while intoxicated, eluding a police officer and carrying weapons.
