Perry swimmers competed in the Lonny Kerman Polar Bear Invitational at Des Moines North on Saturday.   Des Moines Hoover won the meet with 219 points followed by Storm Lake 179.50, host Des Moines North 159 points followed closely by Perry with 157.50 then Algona with 128 points.  Swimmers finishing 1^st – 6^th place in this 5 team meet earned a trip to the award stand.

200 Medley Relay Serenity Ewing, Taylor Wieland, Shaleah Ewing, Haileigh Kenyon 4^th scoring 18 points

200 Freestyle Hailee Dencklau 5^th place,  8 points

200 IM Haley Vaughn 4^th scoring 9 points, Shaleah Ewing 3^rd with 10 points

50 Freestyle Serenity Ewing finishing 6^th scoring 6 points, Haileigh Kenyon 3^rd place scoring 10 points with a personal best time.

100 Butterfly Shaleah Ewing 4^th, 9 points

100 Freestyle Hailee Dencklau 6^th place, 6 points

500 Freestyle Taylor Wieland 5^th , 8 points

200 Freestyle Relay Shaleah Ewing, Serenity Ewing, Haley Vaughn, Haileigh Kenyon 3^rd scoring 20 points.

100 Backstroke Serenity Ewing 3^rd place, 10 points

100 Breaststroke Taylor Wieland 6^th place, 6 points,  Haley Vaughn tied for 4^th place scoring 8.5 points.

400 Freestyle Relay Hailee Dencklau, Lourdes Marquez, Taylor Wieland, Haley Vaughn 4^th scoring 18 points.
