This month’s Quarterly Classics Book Club meeting at the Perry Public Library takes place next week.

The October book is The House of Mirth by Edith Wharton. It tells the story of a woman who is torn between her desire for luxurious living and a relationship based on mutual respect and love.

All area adults are invited to purchase or check out a copy of the book at the library.  The discussion takes place Tuesday at 7pm at the Carnegie Library Museum and will be led by librarian Jill Cook.
