A deputy was advised of a deer carcass on the roadway at U Avenue just one mile north of 220th Street. The deputy removed the deer from the roadway.

A deputy was asked to assist Midland Power Cooperative with posting a disconnect notice in the 1500 block of T Avenue.

A deputy initiated a traffic stop at 220th Street and M Avenue and subsequently arrested Daniel Ray Hulbert Sr. for operating a motor vehicle while revoked.

A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with securing a vehicle after the Police Officer made an arrest for operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

A deputy was dispatched to 700 block of Locust Street in Scranton for the report of a violation of a no-contact order. The violation is under investigation at this time.

A deputy was asked to check an alarm activation at the Casey’s General Store on North Elm in Jefferson. Due to a previous call, a Jefferson Police Officer was not able to meet the key holder at the store. The deputy helped the key holder secure the store and reset the alarm.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
