Funeral services for John “Jack” Mapel, 84, of Lake City will be held Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.  Burial will be held in the Lake City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.

Jack is survived by his daughter Lucinda Smith of Lohrville, grandson Matthew Smith of Norwood Young America, MN, granddaughter Allison Jones of Centennial, Colorado, great grandchildren Avery and Hadley Smith and Jack and Samantha Smith of Centennial, CO.
