Names of Letter winners and Captains from the recently completed 2013 Greene County High School volleyball season have been made public. Head coach Donna Carhill named 12 girls as letter winners and four of those girls were named captains.

Letter winners included Chelsi Wilkens, the only senior on the team. The other 11 to letter are all juniors. They are: Kayla Mobley, Stacy Mears, Bailey Godwin, Kayla Youngblood, Marissa Promes, Annie Palmer, Tressa Rasmussen, Emma Saddoris, Mollie Sorber, Nicole Kuhl, and Hannah Onken.

Captain Awards went to Mobley, Promes, Saddoris, and Sorber.

The Rams were 5-4 in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference and 15-17 overall in matches.

Nevada won the HOIAC title with a perfect 9-0 mark and the Cubs advanced to the Class 3A State tournament where they will play a quarterfinal match Wednesday morning.
