The Perry City Council will hold their last meeting of 2013 tonight.

Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to a general fund loan agreement for energy conservation improvements, followed by approving the agreement and approval of an amendment to the contract with Bolton and Menk for the same project.

The council will then adopt the 2030 comprehensive plan, approve a change order and pay request for the 2013 sanitary sewer cleaning project, accept a donation of property and approve installation of street lights by Alliant Energy.

Next is approval of contracts for the 2014 hanger improvements and apron reconstruction at the Perry airport, approve of HVAC improvements at 908 Willis Avenue and discussion on the possible creation of an administrative assistant position.

The meeting takes place at 5pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
