Each year the Greene County girls’ basketball team designates one home game as Pink Out Night to create awareness and raise funds for breast cancer research. Head coach Chad Morton reports Tuesday, Jan. 28 is Pink Out Night 2014 when the Rams host South Hamilton (Jewell) in the middle school gym in Jefferson at 6 p.m. as the first half of a girl/boy doubleheader.

Coach Morton added, “This year the Greene County Rams are selling Pink-Out bracelets. This is in honor of families that have had loved ones fight against cancer. It is a constant reminder that no one fights alone.” The pink rubber bracelets are $2.00 each and can be purchased from any varsity girls’ basketball team member.
