ADM sophomore wrestler Zach Johnston continued with his recent dominance on Saturday, winning the Tiger Invite at 152 pounds.  The win was the second consecutive tournament Johnston has won in his weight class for ADM.

132-pounder Trevor Harsh and heavyweight wrestler Nathan Heath also won the Tiger Invite at their respective weight classes.  Thanks to the three individual tournament wins, the Tigers finished in 8th place at their home tournament out of 17 competing teams.  Webster City won the tournament overall, finishing with 215 total points.

A silver lining to take away from Saturday though—the wins of Johnson, Harsh and Heath actually tied ADM with rival DC-G for the most individual winners in the tournament Saturday.

Cole Bennett also had a strong tournament for the Tigers.  The freshman lost his first match of the afternoon at 170 pounds, but he then rattled off four straight wins to place 7th.

The Tiger wrestling team will be back on the mats against tomorrow night for a rescheduled triangle dual meet against Carlisle and Winterset.
