The Iowa High School Athletic Association announced Class 3A boys’ basketball districts on Monday. Class 1A and 2A districts were announced last week. Exact pairings are not yet known in any of the four classes of boys’ basketball in Iowa because the seeding the process the ISHAA uses for the postseason involves results from games five through 15. Most teams have played less than 15 games to this point of the season.

ADM and Perry both are assigned to District 15, along with Denison-Schleswig and Harlan. Atlantic, Creston, Glenwood, and Winterset are in District 16 and one of those eight will advance to the State Tournament in March.

Greene County has been assigned to District 3, along with Carroll High, Ballard (Huxley), and Boone. Teams in District 4 are Gilbert, Humboldt, Nevada, and Webster City. One of those eight will also advance to the State Tournament.

Class 3A district tournament basketball is scheduled to begin on Monday, Feb. 24.
