As part of their five fundraisers for Greene County’s Relay for Life, the Greene County High School National Honor Society will be hosting a middle school dance later this week.

Advisor Ruth Broman says 14 NHS students will be holding a dance for all sixth through eighth graders.  Both NHS students and parents will be chaperoning the event.

She points out that tickets are $3 each and can be purchased at the door.  It will be from 8-10:30pm on Friday, March 21st at the Webb House in Jefferson.  Broman notes that all proceeds will go to the Relay for Life of Greene County.

She comments that she’s honored to have all 48 active NHS members involved in Relay for Life and she hopes that the ideas and projects to raise funds for such a great cause continues beyond their high school careers.
