A deputy was dispatched to the 900 block of Grant Street in Scranton for Criminal Mischief to a rain downspout and vehicle tire imprints left in the yard. After speaking with both parties the issue was resolved.

A deputy checked a business in Scranton and found everything to be in order.

A deputy was dispatched to the 1800 block of T Avenue for the report of a theft of farm machinery and livestock equipment. The theft is under investigation at this time.

A deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of U Avenue to retrieve a bag of drug paraphernalia that was dumped at the location.

A deputy helped transport a hitchhiker through Greene County.

Two Greene County Deputies and a Jefferson Police Officer were all advised of a semi-tractor trailer driving careless and erratic that was proceeding eastbound on Highway 30 west of Jefferson. The semi was later stopped at Sparky’s One Stop in Jefferson. The driver was evaluated and warned of his driving actions and asked to get some rest before continuing.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
