A deputy checked the report of a stationary vehicle with its lights on in the Rippey Cemetery before sunrise. The vehicle was not found upon the deputy’s arrival.
A deputy transported a bicycle to the impound lot in Jefferson after a Department of Transportation employee found the bike along Highway 30 east of Grand Junction.
A deputy was asked to intervene and help resolve a child custody civil dispute in Rippey.
Dispatchers at the Greene County Sheriff’s Office were asked by an official from the Union Pacific Railroad to check on a brush fire adjacent to the railroad tracks near Scranton. The UPRR was advised that it was a controlled bun and was being monitored.
A deputy checked the identity of a reported male hitchhiker on 220th Street near W Avenue.
A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of State Street in Scranton for a reported domestic altercation between a father and son. The altercation was resolved without incident.
A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Main Street in Grand Junction to check on a charcoal grill and a bicycle that were placed at the residence by an unknown party.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
