A deputy assisted the Midland Power Cooperative with posting a nonpayment notice at a residence in the 1500 block of Q Avenue.

A deputy was advised of a vehicle in the roadway at the intersections of Fitzpatrick and J Streets in Churdan. The vehicle was experiencing mechanical problems and was towed from the roadway.

A deputy responded to a reported domestic altercation in the 100 block of Lovejoy Street in Rippey and subsequently arrested James Allen Ward, 36 of rural Perry for Domestic Abuse Assault, a Serious Misdemeanor.

A deputy spoke with a female caller concerning the domestic altercation that happened earlier in the day in Rippey.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
