Memorial services for Donald Whiton, 86, of Des Moines and formerly of Perry, will be Monday at 11 am at the Douglas Avenue Presbyterian Church in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm at the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Family will receive friends Sunday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Iles-Westover Chapel in Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Survivors include: Wife, Jovonna. Daughters, Denise Fetters of Des Moines, Annie McCormick of Clive and Darcy Olson of Des Moines. Step sons, Kelly Claybrook and Dris Claybrook both of Des Moines. 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Brother, Gale Whiton of Perry.
