The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday morning.
Items on the agenda include consideration of fireworks permit applications from Ronnie Sheets and George Hass, approval of an appointment to the Fox Creek benefited water district, discussion on the Dallas County Garage Sale on May 17th and a public hearing in regards to a bike trail right of way easement.
The board will then consider the 2nd reading of proposed changes to the chapter 45 zoning ordinance and possibly enter into closed session for discuss a pending litigation henry claim.
The meeting takes place at 9am in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in Adel.
