‘Tis the season to golf.

Tournaments are being played on a seemingly weekly basis over the next couple of months as the temperatures warm up.  One such tournament is being put on by the Panorama Booster Club.

To raise money for Panorama’s athletic department, the Booster Club will host its annual 4-person best ball golf tournament at Lake Panorama West on Saturday, June 7th, with players teeing-off at 4:30pm in a shotgun start.

The cost per team is $60, which includes a 9-hole round of golf and a meal.   

Even if Panora area residents aren’t interested in playing in the tournament, Booster Club President Sheila Houston says she’s still looking for businesses to sponsor individuals holes.
