Joseph Colt Chinberg, age 21 of 1213 Grant, Redfield was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of domestic abuse.
Graham Michael Taylor, age 18 of 6117 Pommel Pl., West Des Moines was arrested at S 88th St and Mills Civic for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Spencer Dallas De Shane, age 20 of 4110 152nd St., Urbandale was arrested at S 88th St and Mills Civic for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kirk Lawrence Bannick, age 53 of 26291 Laredo Ave., Adel was arrested in the 24000 block of Highway 6 for OWI.
Daniel Lee Norris, age 54 of 408 Kelly Ln, Osceola was arrested at 2100 Greene St., Adel for OWI.
Everrett Defenbaugh of Perry was traveling north in the 15000 block of K Ave when a bicycle riden by John Brown of Urbandale traveling west on the bicycle trail failed to stop/yield the roadway and was struck by Defenbaugh’s vehicle. Brown was cited for unsafe entry onto a roadway.
Joseph Delateur of Perry was driving in the 14000 block of Hull Ave. when he lost control on loose gravel and entered the ditch rolling onto the driver’s side. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and $1000.00 to trees that had be hit. Delateur was cited for failure to maintain control.
