Today is the day we learn the fate of the proposed casino and entertainment facility in Greene County.

The five-member Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission are meeting at Catfish Bend Casino in Burlington.

Grow Greene County Gaming Corporation’s Bob Allen will be live streaming the meeting that starts at 8:30am.  He says you can watch it from your own computer or smartphone by going to http://www.ustream.tv/ and search growgreenecounty.

Allen adds that it’s a free website and you don’t need any login information to watch the live feed.

Greene County Chamber Director Chris Henning says the Sierra Community Theatre will begin broadcasting the live feed on their big screen at 9:30am with the anticipated time between 10-10:30am for the decision.
