Perry area resident are asked to use extra caution tomorrow as thousands of cyclists are expected to come through town on the BACooN Ride.

There are no real road closures, though there will be barricades up in the triangle area near the Crooked Rail and Kick Stand bars near Otley Avenue and Railroad Street.

In addition, there will be a lot of cycling traffic crossing Willis Avenue on the Raccoon River Valley Trail.

“There are going to be bikers everywhere, so just slow down and be aware.  Enjoy it, the best thing you can do is showcase Perry” says Chamber Executive Director Bob Wilson who says clcylists are expected to make their way through the Perry area between about 1 and 5pm Saturday.
