2014ConferenceThemeOnlyColorThe Greene County Fair offers more than just 4-H shows and attractions, there are also competitions for people of all ages.

Those wanting to show their exhibits in the open class competitions may do so at the fair in Clover Hall and the Exhibit Building on the fairgrounds in Jefferson from July 8th through the 14th.

The divisions include arts and craft, hobbies, photography, collections, antiques, genealogy including stories, legal documents and family pictures; foods, canned and baked items; textiles and fabrics, quilts and hand work; agriculture, vegetables and fruits and horticulture, flowers, specimens and arrangements. agriculture and horticulture entries will receive extra points if the species and variety are listed on the entry tag.

Entries must be brought to Clover Hall and the Exhibit Building on Thursday, July 10th from 1-7pm.  Public viewing will be available on Friday, July 11th from 1-8pm, Saturday, July 12th from 9am-8pm and Sunday, July 13th from noon-4pm.

Any projects that were done during the 2013-14 school year must be submitted to the youth open class.
