Seth Marshall Applegate, age 23 of 2194 NW 159th St., Clive was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.
Balraj Singh of Antelope, Ca., was traveling east on Interstate 80 near the 113 mile marker when his vehicle left the roadway striking the guard wires and posts. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.
