Any Jefferson area youth going into prekindergarten through fifth grade this fall are encouraged to sign up for a mini cheerleading camp.

Parks and Recreation Director Vicky Lautner says this camp is designed to teach younger kids the fundamentals of cheerleading.  She points out that the classes will be taught by Stephanie Morlan.

The four-day camp will be from Monday, July 14th through the 17th at the Greene County Community Center with a $20 fee.

Registration deadline is by Monday, July 7th, call or stop by the rec center in Jefferson to sign up.
