The Carnegie Library Museum will be welcoming the work of a new artist this fall.
When a stroke robbed Dr. Steven Nissen’s ability to speak, the former Iowa State University animal science professor turned to art as a way to express himself.
The Aphasia: Paintings exhibit will start September 6th and run through November 2nd.
The Carnegie Library Museum is open Saturdays from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 1-4pm.
You can check out the exhibit and everything at the museum free of charge.
