A notice to Jefferson residents that the City will once again provide its free brush chipping service next week.

Starting Monday, residents can place their tree brush including cut tree limbs and twigs out for pick up with the cut ends facing the street for safety and efficiency reasons.

City crews will collect and chip your brush for free from Monday, July 21st through Thursday, July 24th but collection may not be on your normal garbage pickup day.

The City asks that you have your brush to the curb by 6:30am to ensure pick up and whole trees will not be collected.  This free service is with weather permitting.

It will continue to be at the end of each full week for the rest of the year.
