A deputy investigated a driving complaint of a black suv speeding on 220th Street near Scranton. The deputy was unable to locate the vehicle.

A Deputy investigated a residential alarm in the 200 block of 240th Street. Everything was found to be ok.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint of a red Nissan on U Avenue that was speeding and slowing down. The deputy was unable to locate the vehicle.

A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint to the park in Dana. The case is under investigation.

A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 600 block of Eagle in Scranton. The party agreed to leave the area.

A deputy investigated an accident near Casey’s in Grand Junction. A semi-tractor and trailer had backed into a fence. There was no damage to either the fence or the semi.

A deputy did a welfare check in the 500 block of Livingston Street in Churdan. The deputy was not able to locate anybody home.

A deputy investigated a underage drinking party at 2472 180th Street, Dana. Clay Paulson was supplying alcohol to the following persons that were under the age of 21. At the party there were kids from the age of 14 to 19. Ethan M. Gill, Foster C. Harrison, Sydney Renee Hultgren, Keaton R. Barnes, Kaitlin A. Meeks, Ashley N. Rieks, Benjamin Pepper, Chance Morrison, Tyler Burns, Jared Resh, Bailey Turner, Sydney Hultgren, Ethan Gill, Foster Harrison, Ashley Rieks, Kaitlin Meeks, Keaton Barnes, Shawn Heaning, and Troy Shaw. Robert Hamilton and Audra Elizabeth Burt were transported to the Boone County Hospital by Grand Junction Rescue. The two have warrants for possession of alcohol under age. Tyler Austin Erickson gave his information and then ran off. Tyler has a arrest warrant for possession of alcohol underage. Colbie James Hefler gave the wrong name and then later ran off. Colbie has arrest warrants for possession of alcohol underage, interference with official acts, and providing false information. Clay Paulson who ran has arrest warrants for possession of alcohol underage and providing alcohol to a minors. A deputy is still investigating the party and more charges may be coming for individuals that fled the party.

Saturday, July 19th

A deputy investigated a theft report in the 400 block of Orchard Avenue.

A deputy investigated a barking dog complaint in the 700 block of Railroad Street in Grand Junction. Dan Newton was warned for his barking dogs.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of South 12th Street in Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of East Main Street in  Grand Junction.

Sunday, July 20th

A deputy investigated a noise complaint near the school in Scranton. The deputy was unable to located noise.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint of a white S-10 truck that was all over the road. The deputy was unable to locate the vehicle.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
