The ADM Tigers made it three consecutive conference wins last night with a 3-0 victory over visiting Carlisle.

ADM took the first set in convincing fashion, 25-9, then finished off the Wildcats in the final two sets by scores of 25-21 and 25-17.

Senior Kari Dufoe paced ADM with 11 kills. Fellow senior Marissa Felt dished out a team-high 16 assists, while junior Brennan Hook was right behind her with 15. Brennan’s little sister and freshman Jordan Hook lead the way with 11 digs; senior Maddie Mikkelsen chipped in seven. Senior Kenzi Sutton had a team-high four blocks and junior Tania Telford had five of ADM’s 10 aces.

Before last night’s match, ADM was moved up from 12th to 10th in the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union rankings. The win improved the Tigers to 19-9 overall and 4-1 in Raccoon River conference play, putting them a half-game behind conference-leading Carroll and Bondurant-Farrar, who are both 4-0 in conference play.

The Tigers get over a week off until their next match on Tuesday, Oct. 14, when they’ll host Bondurant-Farrar.
