The first ever Greene County High School girls’ Powerlifting team won the Below-Parallel Squat Event at the Nov. 1 NASA Powerlifting competition in Des Moines. Members of the team are Lauren Carlson, Karli Anthofer, Sydney Schiltz, Emma Saddoris, Stacy Mears, Mollie Sorber, Sunny Mobley, Annie Palmer, Kenna Marquardt, Megan Durbin, Nicole Kuhl, and Nadia Fisher. Richard Beeler is the coach. The was the first meet a Greene County HS girls’ team entered.
