The West Central Valley girls basketball season is officially underway, they started practicing earlier this week. Head coach Drew Stonewall says the girls are doing two-a-days working on both a mix of conditioning and skills, “Doing mornings and afternoons, taking advantage of the gym time before the boys start. Morning stuff, we are during more individual skills type of practice, with some conditioning. After school, more team stuff, going through plays, going over defense, the team stuff of basketball. We sprinkle a little bit of conditioning into there as well.”

The West Central Valley girl’s begin their season at the Harlan Jamboree on November 20th.
