Coach Dave Destival’s Greene County boys’ golf team continues to show improvement, although wins have been tough to come by. The Rams lost to Saydel and Madrid on Thursday at the Woodland Hills Golf Course, but they did shoot a season low score of 200. The Eagles had 163 for nine holes and the Tigers shot 193.

Spencer Semke had the low score for the Rams at 47.

Greene County will send a skeleton crew to the Ames Golf & Country Club today to face Roland-Story and Gilbert to end the regular season. Due to conflicts with other activities Coach Destival expects just four golfers to make the trip north of Ames.
