Kristel Shultz’s Jayette volleyball team lost it’s 2015 home opener to ADM on Tuesday night three sets to one. The visitors took the first set 21-25, but the Jayettes would respond in the second set, 25-21. ADM would win the third set and a close fourth set to claim it’s 8th victory of the year. The Jayettes move to 4-9 overall and 0-3 in Raccoon River Conference Play.

Perry was led by senior Ellie Nielsen, who notched 10 kills and 11 digs, while fellow classmate Victoria Hegstrom had 7 kills. Johanna Diw added 6 kills and 10 digs of her own, and Sidney Vancil collected 25 assists on the night. The Jayettes look to end a 3 game losing streak this Thursday, as they host Collins-Maxwell/Baxter in a non-conference matchup.
