The Greene County Action Resource Center continues to provide necessary items for those in need.

Assistant Coordinator Shirley Haupert says they served 98 families for a total of 253 individuals in June.

Items that are needed at this time include canned vegetables and fruits, canned chili beans, canned tomatoes, toilet paper and garden fresh vegetables like squash, zucchini and corn.

Donations can be made anytime the ARC is open on Wednesdays and the third Saturday every month from 9am to noon. You can also call Haupert to schedule a donation drop-off at 515-391-1025.
