img_2507The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Items on the agenda include discussion on the fire department’s application for a federal financial assistance agreement and the 4th annual safety and employee appreciation day, an annual report from Library Director Mary Murphy, public hearings in regards to a general obligation guarantee agreement with the Nudgers and plans for the runway rehabilitation project.

The Council will then consider approving the guarantee agreement and a bid for the runway project, along with a professional services agreement with Accujet for cleaning and television the sanitary sewer system, a contract for the North Street project and the purchase of a pumper for the fire department.

New business items include approval of the Sunflower Flats plat 1 and setting a public hearing in regards to it, setting a date for the safety and employee appreciation day and authorizing pay for additional duties of the city administrator an finance officer.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
