Guthrie County Conservation will be working on the Raccoon River Valley Trail the week of July 24th, which will cause closings at three crossings.
The work will be on the trail’s secondary road crossings between Yale and Highway 141. While the construction is going on, the trail crossings at 130th, 140th, and 150th streets will be closed. The conservation board estimates construction should take less than a week to complete each crossing, as long as the weather cooperates.
While the construction progresses, people will have to walk their bikes around the area as they use the trail. For more information, contact the conservation board at 641-755-3061.
