ffaGreene County FFA recently competed in the sub-district contest at Panorama High School.

Advisor Katie Akers says Kendall Fecher placed third and earned a gold rating in creed speaking. She will advance to the district competition. Nic Killion earned third place with a silver rating in welding. However, Killion will not compete at districts, due to welding not being a district event. Akers points out the other events they are planning to have at the district contest include: Emily Finch with her treasurer’s book, Abbie Sparks for her reporter’s book and Kara Reed with her secretary’s book.

The district contest will take place on March 3rd.
