Friday, April 27th

1:53am: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of West Adams Street.

2:49am: Roxanne Tingle reported subjects in her yard with flashlights at 403 South Cedar Street. The officer did not locate anyone in the area.

3:57am: An officer assisted with a Lifeline Call in the 200 Block of West Adams Street.

4:48am: An officer issued (8) Parking Violation Notices in the Square Area for, “Street Sweeping Parking Violation.”

12:57pm: The Greene County Middle School requested an officer at 203 West Harrison Street for an unruly child.

9:56pm: A Traffic Stop was performed in the 1000 Block of West Adams Street. During the stop the officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. During a Probable Cause Search of the vehicle, the officer located a green leafy substance and seized it for testing. Kirsten Elizabeth Nielson of Jefferson was cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Security Liability and Improper Rear Lamp.” Charges are pending lab results on the seized items.

Saturday, April 28th

1:57am: An officer located an Open Door in the 500 Block of Greenewood Road.

8:10pm: An officer issued a Parking Violation Notice in the 200 Block of North West Street for, “48 Hour Parking.”

Routine Activity reported for the remainder of the day.

Sunday, April 29th

1:56am: Casey’s reported a Gas Drive Off in the amount of $15.00. The officer was provided a plate number and is investigating.

3:57pm: Matt Gordon reported his neighbor’s dog jumped the fence and attacked his dog at 504 West Monroe Street. The officer’s investigation led to the animal being deemed a Vicious Animal according to City of Jefferson Animal Ordinances.

7:47pm: Tiffany Kersey spoke to an officer about a Civil Property Issue occurring at 305 West Lincoln Way Street.

8:22pm: An officer assisted EMS with a Medical Call in the 300 Block of Park Ave. South.

10:21pm: Zandra Maldonado reported a Careless Driver near Kelso Park. The officer spoke to a young driver about the issue.
